: Admissions & Withdrawals

  1. Admission is open to all the children irrespective of caste and creed. As a rule the child who have completed 3 years of age on 1st April is eligible for Play class. A corresponding scale of age is fixed for the succeeding classes.
  2. A student who joins fresh from home has to produce an Official Birth Certificate from the Registrar , Birth and Death Registration, in support of the date of birth entered in the admission form. We accept the Birth Certificate issued only from Corporation or Panchayat. The date of birth once registered will not be changed.
  3. The student who has attended any school has to produce a Transfer Certificate from the same school. No admission is made  until the student’s School Leaving certificate from the previous school is submitted.
  4. Admission will not be granted unless all the documents are duly submitted.
  5. The admissions  done   on the basis of an observation  of the child.
  6. The school does not charge capitation fees. Offers of donations, valuable gifts, etc will lead to disqualification of the candidate.
  7. One month’s notice in writing is to be given before the withdrawal of a student or the fee for the month will be charged.
  8. The Transfer Certificate will be issued only after completing all school dues.
  9. If a student want to take TC in the middle of the session , tuition fee for the whole term should be paid.
  10. The application for Admission or Registration forms shall be accompanied by an authentic document containing the child’s date of birth.
  11. When a child has once been withdrawn , the admission fee must be paid on readmission.
